Transition to manager (female specific)

All this blog is targeted to female audience in IT, so please be aware that I see this world through rose-colored glasses :-) My pass to middle-level project management took me around 5 years. By the way I do not plan to stop moving up this ladder.

My idea is to share with you the business cases that have happen to me at work, so you can make your own conclusions and get some more experience. Also I'd like to share my knowledge and maybe several tricks regarding effective communication in male world.
